The venue is the highest altitude vineyard in Virginia, which means
beautiful views but a bit of trek to get there.
Accommodations
We recommend you stay at Wintergreen Resort. You can book through
their website,
AirBnB, or
Vrbo. Transportation will be provided between Wintergreen and 12 Ridges.
Semi-formal. You might need a coat for unpredictable Virginia weather! The ceremony will be on grass, so pointy heels are not ideal, unless you want to bring some cool heel stopper thingies.
Safety
We will do our best to make sure everyone stays safe and feels
comfortable in light of the ongoing pandemic.
For the safety of all, guests ages five and up must be fully
vaccinated against COVID. Guests ages 12 and up must have up-to-date
booster shots.
We will provide rapid tests before the event and ask that you show
your negative rapid test at the door.
We also ask that all guests wear masks in indoor spaces (the buses on
the way to and from the venue as well as indoor spaces at the venue).
Schedule
Ceremony at 4:30pm, followed by a reception at 12 Ridges until 10pm.
Travel
Charlottesville, Richmond, and Washington, DC are good options for
flights (and fun places to explore).
Transportation will be provided between Wintergreen and 12 Ridges, and
the buses will make multiple runs for anyone who doesn't want to
stay until 10pm.
